Rainbow has a formal Chronic Illness and Life Threatening Diseases policy that incorporates HIV/AIDS. Although high on our priority list, we see HIV/AIDS as one of a number of life threatening diseases that require a strong preventative focus, as well as active support for the promotion of employee wellness, both in the workplace and in the community. The wellness management of the company is currently being expanded across the group.
Our HIV/AIDS policy ensures that there is no discrimination in the workplace and
employees attending our clinic services do so with full confidentiality.

Our Culture
“Doing things inspirationally”
Enormous changes in terms of Rainbow’s direction as an organisation have been implemented. Rainbow has shifted from a commodity based business to a consumer focused organisation. This change alone has impacted Rainbow’s culture as the focus has shifted towards:
Training and developing staff
Relationships and teambuilding
Strong versatile leaders
We encourage “outside the box” thinkers who are creative in solving problems, handling people and leading them forward. The internal training that we offer across the spectrum of the organisational hierarchy has encouraged our employees to be bold, and by doing so we have unlocked exceptional talent needed to take our organisation to the next level.
So what does it take to work for Rainbow?
